

For 2025 we currently have 2 chefs confirmed to appear on our Cookery Theatre. Loic Malfait from Satiate Artisan who will be demonstrating the making of 2 tarts. Strawberry and Raspberry tarts filled with Creme Diplomate and Italian meringue.
And for a completely different experience we have Julian Stoyel from Red Oak Deer Services who will be talking about the sustainability of wild venison and the benefits to health.
